Pilates - where to begin?
If any medical conditions exist, a doctor's certificate is required prior to undertaking a Pilates Program.

Initial Assessment
In this assessment we look at posture, past injuries and training programs and any present training program. The Pilates program will be structured to meet the needs and fitness goals of the client, rather than simply following a textbook approach. 

During the initial assessment, you will also spend time on the Pilates equipment. This will allow you, as the client, if Pilates is correct for them. 

Pilates Programs
Pilates Programs are individually structured to the client's needs, in the comfort of their own homes at convenient times. Initially, once to twice a week is recommended, with assessment at each milestone, allowing the program to be modified according to progress made.

Because the benefits of Pilates are so profound, many clients continue using Pilates for total conditioning and improved flexibility after they have completed their physical therapy.
